Peanut Butter Bonbons

  • 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter
  • Milk or dark chocolate for dipping

Line cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper and set aside. Combine sugar, peanuts and crumbs in medium bowl. In saucepan over low heat melt peanut butter and butter. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Shape into 1-inch balls and dip in chocolate of choice. Place on prepared cookie sheet and refrigerate.
