Blueberry Tea Bread

· 1 cup blueberries
· ½ cup sugar
· 2 cups flour
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
· 1 tablespoon baking powder
· 2 eggs
· 1 cup milk
· 5 tablespoons butter, melted
· 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Wash blueberries and allow to drain in a strainer.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Add eggs, milk, melted butter and blueberries. Stir just until the batter is combined, do not overbeat.

Pour batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with the brown sugar. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
